WHO WE ARE

Our team is dedicated to theoretical and experimental research in bandgap semiconductor ultraviolet detectors, wide bandgap semiconductor power electronics, novel blue and ultraviolet light-emitting diodes and device physics, amorphous oxide semiconductor thin-film transistors, novel engineered microstructural materials, and optoelectronic devices. This encompasses their operating mechanisms, material and device development, alongside active engagement in applied research within frontier scientific domains. Our team possesses a strong interdisciplinary character and warmly invites students and researchers with backgrounds in electronics, physics, materials science, and related fields to join us.
